Policies
- Rates are per night (please see our rates page).
- A 3 night minimum is required on most weekends. A 2 night minimum is required on weekdays.
- Accommodations are not suitable for people with difficulties of climbing stairs.
- Accommodations are not suitable for people with dog allergy or fear of dogs. A friendly golden retriever dog might be onsite during your stay.
- Pets are welcome, but only if they are permitted by the host in advance.
- Smoking is NOT allowed on the premise.
- We reserve the right to substitue you with an equal or higher value room under rare circumstances.
- Check out time is 11:00 AM.
- Check in time is 3:00 PM, but normally prearranged with the host.
- Payment
- Full payment is due in advance or upon check-in.
- We accept payment in paypal, cash, cashier's check or travelers checks. We now accept all major credit card payments. Personal checks can be accepted for payment of deposit only.
- Deposit
A deposit equal to half of the final payment is required to confirm a reservation.
$200 additional deposit is required for pets.
Payment of deposit constitutes your understanding of our policies and, most importantly, your agreement to abide by them.
- Cancellation
- Deposits are refundable less a $50 processing fee if we are notified of cancellation at least 3 weeks (21 days) prior to your expected arrival.If notification of cancellation is less than 3 weeks (21 days) prior to your arrival day, the deposit less the $50 processing fee is refundable only if we are able to re-book the room the entire length of your reserved stay. We will make every effort to do so.Departure before your scheduled departure date will constitute a cancellation and refunds will only be made for the cancelled days that we are able to rebook.
